Burnout Rules & Regulations
^ Vehicle must be fitted with a Radiator Overflow or water catch bottle.
^ Vehicles may be Unregistered, but must pass a vehicle inspection.
^ No wheel weights allowed for the Burnout Competition.
^ Long sleeve shirts and pants must be worn during Burnouts, and shoes
at all times no thongs or sandals allowed, shoes must be covered in.
^ An approved helmet must be worn for the burnouts.
^ All Drivers must have a ZERO Blood Alcohol Level.
^ you can skid as long as you like no time limit applies
^ NO static burnouts are allowed.
^ There will be no swapping of burnout groups unless agreed to by the
Promoter
^ All cars to assemble with driver 30 minutes prior to your group
commencing the burnouts.
^ All tyres are to be taken away by the Entrant do not leave blown tyres at
your site
^ battery must be clamped
^ tail shaft loop must be fitted
JUDGING
^ Instant smoke ( good amount of smoke when you start )
^ Continuous smoke ( keep the smoke up and constant )
^ Driver control ( keep control of your car )
^ crowd response (the more noise the crowd makes the better)
Entrant do not have to pop tyres you will not be judged on this but by all means pop them if you want.
Entrants you can go as long as you wont In your skid, but will only get judge on the first 1 ½ min but you don’t have to last that long either.
There will be 4 judges one on each corner of the pad to get the best resultspossible for you the entrant.
Transport & Trailer Parking
In order to avoid unnecessary congestion all transporters and trailers must be removed once your vehicle has been unloaded. Unless agreed to by the Promoter. A special trailer area will be provided for them to be park through out the event. |
