Street Commodores is proud and excited that it has joined forces with this year’s Springnats Car Festival, due to be held in Shepparton, VIC, from November 23.
Together with the rest of its Express Motoring Group (EMG) stable mates – which include such iconic Australian magazine titles as Extreme Street, Hot4s, Fast Fours and Zoom – Street Commodores will have a strong presence at the event. Think trade stands, feature cars, plenty of merchandise, special subscription discounts and the Street Commodores crew on hand to say hello all weekend and you’ll be on the right track!
Held on the weekend of November 23–25, Springnats is one of the country’s best known and longest-running events. It annually attracts up to 30,000 people locally and from interstate, which makes it a huge spectacle and one hell of a power party.
Annually, the grounds at DECA roar into life as Springnats attracts cars from every state, which compete in numerous driving events on the mammoth DECA skidpan including go-to-whoa, sprints and demo drifting.

The hotly contested burnout competition causes local residents to contact the fire brigade in fear of bushfires. That's thanks to the huge plumes of smoke emanating from the purpose-built burnout pad made specifically for the event.
Street Commodores is excited to be a part of this annual horsepower party. We can’t wait to get down there and get immersed in the laid-back atmosphere, meet lots of readers from down south, and watch some hellish skids while we’re at it.
