That brings me to my point; you need to come up with an outcome. Then make plans to achieve it.
The first three questions I'd be asking my self if I was you would be
1. What style of build do I want to do? (mainly performance / mainly looks / bit of both / the whole hog / what theme)
2. What is your budget? (this can be the difference between cruising in summertime or selling a dismantled car on ebay for half what you've spent. Within this should be how you're going to break up the money you have, if you're building a lowrider don't spend so much on your rims that you can't bag it or if you want performance its not going to be as important if the paint isn't the best on the block)
3. Does the car need to be driving while its being worked on or can it come off the road for a period? (this will also affect your build time, don't expect to be able to do major surgery if its your daily as well. Also if you're not doing the work buget time it will be at a shop)
As far as style goes I guess it depends where your intrest lies, IMHO a drift or pro-street look is going to be hard to pull off in a front drive camry but a touring car or nascar look is believable cause they already exist.
A camry could also lend its self to a low-rider build as well. I've chucked some pics up to hopefully help you start to brainstorm your ideas.
Well thats my 2c, I hope it helps.

Cool, thankz for those tips!!!!

I'm looking for a low-rider... May be a little drag and drifting but mainly for looks and showing off.

A daily driver too... My budget is pretty big, so l can do quite a few things if l want to. Oh, and thankz for the pics!!

If l didn't tell you, it's a 1998 Toyota Camry v6 csi wagon. Coloured: Diamond white. In mint condition too!!

Thankz again!!
