You noticed correctly. It's about 99.5% US cars and trucks racing in Holland. Since this year there are a couple of Honda Civics with turbo's. The fastest one runs low 11's and there was also 1 RX3 with a rotary (non turbo). They didn't have it sorted very well and it was running 13's or 14's.
