Burnout Warriors 2007

Burnout Warriors 2007 made it's debut at Oran Park Raceway this weekend gone and it showed great potential for what could be a very tidy event in years to come. Big name cars such as ATRISK, MRMAD, TOYTON, CYCOV8, Hustler HQ, ULEGAL, BAD502, RHYNOS, just to name a few. Along with a heap of daily driven cars and ****ters that pulled skids all day long and had an absolute ball.

Powerskids and burnouts were the main focus of the day, MR MAD had trouble turning his mammoth racing slicks so he revved the hell out of his twin turbo monster and let loose resulting in this(MRMAD Powerskid Video). ToyTon showed us just what 1000+hp in a one tonner can do to the tyres (ToyTon Powerskid Video).

Oran Parks main straight was resurfaced free by a nice thick sticky coating of molten rubber. All day tyres were shredded and blown to pieces. Some of the top burnouts would have to be RHYNOS in the blown Torana destroying his tyres and then proceeding to try and pop the steel rims (RHYNOS Burnout Video)! Then you could add Bad502 and the Turbocharged Corolla (ULEGAL) owned by Mick Brasher, the little rolla sounds like no other car out there, turbo screaming away on every prod of the throttle..

Thanks to Simbad for putting on the event, hope next year is bigger and even more cars attend.
