Revfest 2008 in Wollongong

Revfest had its final run in Wagga last year and a new location was promised but not yet decided upon. It has now been announced that Revfest will be held in Wollongong for 2008. Where exactly has not yet been disclosed, but i’m sure Arby will choose great location. Wollongong has been a hotspot for modified cars for as far back as I can remember and this seems to be the very first time they’ve had any events in their home town.
The final location and event details will be announced in the coming months. Revfest 2008 should be held sometime during October.

The gong would be a good place to have it i reckon. it needs something down there, as i know there are quite a few cars down that way.

yeah should attract alot more sydney siders, not to mention everyone on the south coast too! I think this will probably be the biggest revfest so far

2 hours from here so am happy not to worry about falling asleep at the wheel at 4am (did that last year and nfi how i got home).

what tracks or showgrounds are there in wollongong where it could be held??

from what i heard it will be out the back of an idustrail estate so they can have the driving events

yeah ok - that's interesting, wonder if they will be able to have a good sized powerskid comp too??
