Default Ingham Car and Bike Show 2009

Ingham Car and Bike Show 2009!! Never has it taken me so long to recover from an event, Ingham Car show is insane! Big crowds, tough cars, skids all day long, premo show cars on display and pretty ladies all over the shop.

Promo girls are a big attraction at Ingham, sexy girls in bikinis serving drinks at the bar, promo girls in sexy outfits are everywhere you go, not to mention bikini & lingerie shows (vid compilation). Saturday night is hours of enjoyment if you like to perv on beautiful women with next to nothing on and in the Wet T-Shirt Comp NOTHING on!

Late Friday night after one or two Chandy’s, Clint Ogilvie found himself in a little tied up after a couple of the boys found some ductape! We won’t talk about the camo undies though Clint don’t worry.

Let’s not forget the cars, burnouts start early and continue late into the night on Saturday and then kick off again early Sunday morning! Eight toughies from way down in Mexico made the trek all the way to ingham to shred a few sets of tyres for the crowd. John Taverna (BLOHSV), Leroy Rees (BIGV8), James North (FRYZEM), Clint Ogilvie (frontback), Dennis Maloney (ratrod), Donny Elphick (ONBOC), Steve Loader (UCSMOKE), Aaron Mackley (VANTSY). All put on a great show, with UCSMOKE setting the rear guards alight, FRYZEM decided it was time for a new motor and destroyed the motor right after smashing a set of tyres, VANTSY sang the rev limiter song on Saturday night skinning the tyres and proceeded to dig through the concrete pad with alloy rims! BIGV8 sounded tough as usual but had problems with a fuel pump belt jumping off, BLOHSV was on song destroying 4 sets of tyres over the weekend.

There were some very tough local cars out on the pad along with some interesting backyard jobs, a flamed buggy which could have begun life as anything popped tyres all weekend, a couple of local girls banged tyres in their ute all day long showing the boys the girls can do it too!

`

Late Saturday afternoon is the Street Cruise, with Police escort front and back 40 or 50 cars made their way up and down the main street of Ingham. The locals came out in their droves and everyone was well behaved bar a few import coppers(Brisbane coppers) who defected a couple of cars in the cruise (great police work - give yourselves a big pat on the back!).

All in all Ingham is one of those shows that you just have to experience, when it comes to atmosphere and pure fun value! I was absolutely stuffed by the time I got home, but it was well worth it. Huge congrats to Peter, Jodie and all their helpers for putting on a fantastic weekend, i’ll be doing everything I can to get back up there next year that’s for sure!

Also Peter if you’re reading this - shoot me an email i’ve got a few things to send up to you!
