671 inter cooler

I'm building a new 383 chev engine so I can run more boost on the 671 blower.I'm wanting some info an an inter cooler etc so the engine won't overheat and so I don't end up with detonation.
Sounds like these things connect up to the water side and if this is the case I can only imagine that it is dumping more heat into the cooling system.
Can anyone give me a description of the connection of these coolers and what effect it has on the cooling system.
I want to be able to cruise with the blower as the last engine got real hot when it got stuck in traffic prior to the rebuild.

What brand diff gears for a 9 inch?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at changing gear sets & ratio in my 9 inch diff and was wondering what advice/experience you've had with different brands?

So far I'm looking into Richmond , Motive & Strange... But they all say they're the best on the market, so figured I'd ask the real world car modifying community.

Thoughts?

Cheers :beerchug:
