Default AWD Turbo Corvette

One of my friends were in Poland this weekend to attend the "king of Europe" event.

He told me about a 4wd corvette with a huge turbo, and i thought to myself "yeah yeah - huge compared to your little 1600ccm Honda"

But I must admit i changed my mind when I saw the car on a website descriping the project.

This was how fast the car was back in 2006

SyTy/SGT - Forums - C3 all wheel drive corvette coming together...

Its a Cyclone/corvette hybrid - build with a very lowtech design.

What do you think about having 1000+bhp and a frame like this?

Yep, and with a AWD

I'm surprised the car haven't pulled itself apart from the toque alone

I spose the welds look like crap but at the same time they should hold. The rust looks like surface only really. Still alot of power to run through a ****ty old chassis like that. You'd think they would have made a full tube chassis for the thing...

If you look at the final pictures of the frame, a tubeframe would proberly have been a lot stiffer and about 200kg's lighter :)

But again - its a cheap lowbudget Polish turbo rocket. I dont expect it to look like Leonardo da Vinci made it.

Proberly still brutally fun to drive
