got an ea falcon lsd diff in my lux and wanting to know if any one knows what ratio's the centre's come in and where the best place to buy would be currently has something like 4.11's as its reving at 4000 rpm at 110 just wanting to give it more legs to save a bit of fuel when just running around

thers 3.45 or 3.9 or 3.08
and some more after market ones there the general ones if its borgworner most likely you can use any gears outa Holden vk to vs non irs or falcons simler years and also skylines or pintaras 3.08 r the comen highway gears found in almost every commy sept vls they have 3.45 and to souse them ebay advertise your 4.11 if u dont wont them and make some 1 pay money for them and also suply 3.o8 cos most likely they will just throw them out |

the crown gear comes off and wil fit both lsd non lsd and full locker its the center part that is hard to get not usly cheap gears just change over but rember they have opiset threads on the bolts holding crown gear on alwas

cheers mate only really dealt with 9" and banjo before and wasn't sure if things were the same

Ford gears to suit range from 2.92,3.08,3.23,3.27,3.45 these were the standard ratios.
But if you had a 2.77 ratioed diff from an xf you would need to change the diff housing as it is smaller and you wont fit gears from 2.92 onwards in there. Also as mentioned the skyline and pinara diffs had the 3.7's 3.9's and 4.11's. |
