thats the way i want it too look on the powercruise 7 dvd there is photo's of that commy doing burnouts on those rims lol

I don't go much on that look, it all looks out of proportion to the car, with the shape of the wheel arch, the lines of the car. I think the top one looks the best but only cause it's a newer, more rounded bodyshape. Just my opinion anyway. I suppose i am a little 'old skool'

to hell with the dish on those rims, check out the motor in that vk - those carbies are GIGANTIC - you'd be able to hear your 1" fuel line sucking your fuel tank dry with those puppys

yeah i reckon some fat meaty rubber under the **** of most of those cars would look much better in the pics they all look out of whack

I don't know what the ride is like but you would think it must be like going for a ride in a steamroller (well a very fast steamroller ). What is the purpose of tyre profiles like that? Does it help anything or just for the looks
you don't see even V8 supercars or Formula 1 with profiles like that

your exactly right they are a ruffer ride and the only advantage is that the tyre ends up being more square to the road but because they have less side wall they dont hang on as good as a good fat tyre. your side wall allows the tyre to flex etc so i spose they are more for look

I dont think the profile matters you can still get a fat tyre on some rims.
but you have to be careful obviously all wheels make or brake a car. I think the commodore and torana look good. Obviously too much power and it would be like skating on ice with profiles like that as well.

i just think that they look like the fronts are to flat or something and the back wheels are to far in would look better if they were more centered in the rim
