yeah, im really surprised how many people on here are from the coast, usually the only people from the coast i can find are on the rice burner sites.

Yeah, toranas certainly play a bit of a role in the family, Mums chasing an LX hatch now (of course, she wont be working on it will she!)

My missus wants a torana or a monaro, but she can wait.

Her grand dad ran a racing team back in the 70s, headed up the grice, craven mild A9X team. She "was" a ford girl when i met her though (to the dismay of her family) but only because she liked dick johnson when she was little.... shame on her hey!

problem is a a few of the people who we go crusing with are into the import thing!

Best mate has a S/C 5 litre VN calais, std off white over bronze colour with walkie wheels. 222kw at the wheels. (std 5 litre with a bolt on terra charger kit, high flow cats, and exhaust done by me :) )

He comes out with us sometimes, other then that its some commodores, and a friends 200kw 200SX (not all riced up though which is good for a change)

naaah they are alright. No stupid ricer driving.

We have an impromptu cruise weekend every now and then, usually head to brooklyn or to newcastle foreshore. last one we had the VN, my torry, my brothers VY, super6 VS stato and 200SX. made for good fun.

to be honest, it would be around 8.5-9.5:1

nothing over the top.

Im thinking of pulling the head off and getting some more work done, and just port matching my manifolds.

running rich as hell in the upper revs, so im swapping out my BBV needles in the SUs for something a bit leaner.
