Default 72 LJ Torana orange?

and the only picture i have of under the bonnet (well here at work anyway)

she is a smidge prettier under there now.

Runs a mild 202-

40thou over,
mild camshaft,
holden stage 3 head with slight portwork,
triple 1.75" SUs on armours long runner manifolds
electronic dizzy
MSD 5 (old school from back in the speedway days)

celica 5 speed box with heavy duty clutch and thick tailshaft
3.08 open centre bang-go diff (have a 3,08 LSD to slide in later this year)

Upgraded front brakes (UC setup)
13x7.5s all round

retrimmed and re-styled interior in manilla coloured leather look vinyl,
custom boot install with 2 12inch pioneer subs (easily removable as they weigh a tonne!)

and just the general goodies like central locking, Dodgy dvd headunit, alarm, immobilizer.

Been painted now for 4 years. starting to show a bunch of stone chips and things, but It just shows the thing gets driven.

Old man and I built her up together when i was just on my Ls, finished and regoed by the time I had my P's.

Spent every arvo after school and on weekends working on the thing (seems like forever ago now) and pretty much havent stopped doing things to it since it hit the road.

Ive got a little Eaton M45 blower at home, and a VK efi setup.
Plans are to use the SC-14 (toyota blower) CRS kit until i get all the bits together to go blown+ injected.

Plan to run a Motec ECU (cheap through a friend incase you were wondering why )
250-300cc injectors, polished and milled VK efi inlet manifold,

looking at maybe going distributorless, but that could break the bank ($500 just for a scorcher CAS dizzy setup)

Any questions, just ask

I keep seeing more and more 4 door LJs/LCs popping up everywhere, when i first started on mine there were sweet jack all anywhere, no it seems im one of the crowd, but hey, that happens with everything i supose

Nope, just one of my "lets take photos" moments.

Where abouts on the central coast are you from? The ones with the blue background were taken over at tuggerah business park (the big industrial estate)

the one of the trim was taken up at crack neck (bateau bay)

I will dig up an engine bay shot tonight, or better yet, will go take one in the shed when i get home.

Interesting Idea's for Injection..

I am Also Looking at it for the Hemi,
basically EMS Stinger ECU, Audi RS6 injectors, Webber Manifold and 6x Throttles.

Interesting to see how the 202 Goes with the Inejction, then again the VK's had it...

But the Body looks Immac not to mention the interior!

Nice torrie,
Must have been great building it with your Dad.
Great little P plate car - thought of doing the V8 conversion rather than the 6?
