I purchased it 12 months ago after it was reconditioned, and it hasn't been used since. I have had it oiled during that 12 months so it didn't cease etc, and last weekend checked it all over. It's still in perfect condition. Reason for selling - I thought I bought a T350, turns out I didn't, and have no use for a T400.
